elevi de liceu, elevi din \u0219colile profesionale, studen\u021bi<br>&#8211; angaja\u021bi care doresc s\u0103-\u0219i dezvolte poten\u021bialul personal<br>&#8211; cabinete de orientare \u0219colar\u0103 \u0219i profesional\u0103<br>&#8211; agen\u021bii de ocupare a for\u021bei de munc\u0103<br>&#8211; departamente de resurse umane<br><br>&#8211; Proiectul se refer\u0103 la problema hipersenzitivit\u0103\u021bii, a factorilor de risc \u0219i a factorilor de protec\u021bie.<br>&#8211; Cercet\u0103rile efectuate p\u00e2n\u0103 acum arat\u0103 c\u0103 persoanele hipersenzitive sunt <strong>angaja\u021bi valoro\u0219i, dar de obicei subaprecia\u021bi<\/strong><br>&#8211; Sensibilitatea lor la detalii, profunzimea proces\u0103rii, emo\u021bionalitatea \u0219i empatia \u00eei fac mai implica\u021bi, devota\u021bi \u0219i foarte creativi<br>&#8211; Cealalt\u0103 fa\u021b\u0103 a monedei este rezisten\u021ba mai mic\u0103 la stres \u0219i la condi\u021biile de lucru nefavorabile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; \u00cen cazul persoanelor hipersenzitive, aceste avantaje sunt str\u00e2ns legate de func\u021bionarea sistemului lor nervos<br>&#8211; Utilizarea frecvent\u0103 a caracteristicilor legate de HS &#8211; cum ar fi sensibilitatea la subtilitate \u0219i frumuse\u021be sau g\u0103sirea scopului \u00een experien\u021be &#8211; cre\u0219te satisfac\u021bia fa\u021b\u0103 de activitatea desf\u0103\u0219urat\u0103 \u0219i se traduce printr-o eficien\u021b\u0103 sporit\u0103 a muncii<br>&#8211; \u00cen consecin\u021b\u0103, persoana care \u00ee\u0219i poate folosi toate avantajele are o \u0219ans\u0103 mai mare s\u0103 ating\u0103 un nivel ridicat de satisfac\u021bie la locul de munc\u0103<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211;
